A little disappointed compared to our September 2022 rental, 3-bedroom apartment in the same residence. Poor cleaning, hair in the bathroom, sofa in poor condition (broken seat) and bedding to be changed. Quieter apartment as it does not overlook the shopping street.

Close to the beach, a major asset. Spacious, pleasant accommodation, bedding to be revised, shower hose to be repaired. A little difficult to find the entrance of the building...do not forget the charged cell phone because without it, no access codes, you are outside! Badly soundproofed...but, we can't have everything, the sea and its pleasures and the neck plus ultra. The agency on the spot brings a plus by its communication. Thank you Cristina. Overall, we are satisfied and will return to Roses. October 2022.
