- Large terrace FULL SOUTH SEA VIEW, with table and chairs.
- One minute walk from the beaches and the sea.
- Shops at the bottom of the building: grocery store / supermarket / restaurants.
- Five minutes walk from the heart of Juan les pins with its shopping street.
- Bus stop at the bottom of the residence: Juan les pins train station / nice airport / Antibes / Sophia antipolis / cannes / nice. Several direct buses.
