We welcome you to this seafront villa with its exceptional views and garden overlooking the promenade of Kairon plage. The basement comprises a large garage for 3 vehicles, a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and a shower room for returning from the beach. 1st floor: kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hob, oven), living room with sea-facing balcony, bedroom with double bed (140cm), bathroom (basin, bath). Upstairs: three bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and one bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), bathroom.
