Plusieurs fois, j'ai songé à m'installer dans tel ou tel paradis mais sans jamais avoir pu jeter mon ancre. Au cours de mes voyages, je suis passé de temps en temps par Benalmadena Costa. Ce qui m'a attiré dans cette ville sur la côte sud d’Espagne, c'est: sa simplicité, son magnifique port de plaisance (unique pour sa beauté), son climat subtropical, son air pur et bénéfique et son environnement chaleureux. Et c’est là enfin que mes amarres ont fait attache. Autant que Frank Sinatra, Sting, Mick Jagger et d’autres stars internationales, la Costa Del Sol est l’un des prodigieux «refuges» pour y passer des vacances idéales

Our apartment of 120m2 has the distinction of being: very clear, facing south-west with 2 bedrooms including a master suite, 2 bathrooms, kitchen fully equipped, space for meals, living room with high ceilings, large terrace , balcony, light marble floors.
The Penthouse (Atico in Spanish) is located on the 4th and last floor of one of the most majestic residences of Benalmadena Costa-Torremolinos. Modern and secure at the same time, this imposing closed complex is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and a beautiful pool of spring-summer months.
The residence has 2 buildings of contemporary architecture, with closed and secure collective parking inside the residence and 1 private space No. 64 in the basement.
At the heart of each of these 2 structures, an attractive atrium with green plants and open between floors, offers a feeling of freshness and well-being to your stay.
Our apartment is for all ages except, and we are deeply sorry, to youth groups.
Each of the two buildings has two elevators.
The property is located a few minutes walk from the Puerto Marina (elected on many occasions: the most beautiful marina in the world), beaches, shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, nightlife ...
You will also have the opportunity to visit: the districts of Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmadena Pueblo with its flowery streets. But also the cities of Malaga, Nerja, Torremolinos, Mijas, Fuengirola, Ronda, Marbella ....
The fairy beaches of golden sand, planted with palm trees, in which live exotic birds and parrots, are very close. Remarkably maintained they are located only 400m from the residence.
There are great diversities of tourist activities, excursions, Museums, Discovery trails and Animations: Golf, Tennis, Ice rink, Olympic Swimming pool, Fishing, Stretching / Body building, Cycling, Walking, Paragliding, Horse riding, Mountain biking, Diving, Water skiing, Go-karting, Sailing, Sea sports, Mini cruises .... ULTIMATE OBSERVATIONS
