This rurally situated detached villa has a large, secure private swimming pool (12 x 6 m) surrounded by a solarium. The large, well-maintained and enclosed garden (3,500 m2) has a lawn, a covered terrace measuring 50 m2 and a 40 m2 terrace in front of the house.
