Beautiful, detached holiday home with a large private pool in a quiet neighborhood in the Catalan city of Perpignan (1 km) and close to the wide, white sandy beaches of the Mediterranean. There's plenty of privacy because of the large enclosed garden. The interior has an oriental atmosphere because of the mosaic floor and an extensive sitting area.
In the cosy beach resorts of Canet-Plage (12 km), Saint-Cyprien (16 km) and Argeles-sur-Mer (23 km) you can stroll endlessly on the boulevards. At the wonderful lake at Villeneuve-de-la-Raho (6 km) you can enjoy numerous water sports activities (canoeing, pedal boating and fishing). Restaurant, groceries and bakery in Perpignan. 18-hole golf course in Saint-Cyprien.
In the cozy city of Perpignan there's a party every Thursday afternoon during the summers that lasts until the evening. There are bands performing in all the city squares. Cultural must-sees are the castle of the Kings of Majorca and the St. James church with its beautiful "Jardin de la Miranda". If you want picturesque villages you can go to the artists' village of Collioure (30 km) and the medieval town of Castelnou (21 km). Within 30 km you are at the Spanish border and at 57 km there's the wonderful Dali museum in Figueras.
