Outside there is a private secluded patio where you can sit quietly.
The woods are within walking distance and the beach can be reached in twenty minutes by bike. The homeowner has therefore provided two bicycles for you to explore the surroundings in a very Dutch way. The dunes of Bergen are particularly beautiful, but other cities are within easy reach as well. Alkmaar with its classic cheese market is definitely worth a visit. Amsterdam and Haarlem can also be reached by car.
