This luxurious apartment with sauna is in a quiet location at the edge of the forest near Bergen. It's only a fifteen-minute bike ride to the beach of Bergen aan Zee. The charming centre of Bergen, with its many pavement cafes and shops, is only a 10 minute walk away.
The holiday home is linked to the house of the owner, and has its own entrance at the back. On the ground floor of the holiday home you will find a luxuriously equipped kitchen, and a shower and sauna. There are bathrobes ready for you. Via the stairs you reach the second floor where you have a lovely, corner seating area. Enjoy the view of the forested garden. Your apartment has a great patio with relaxing chairs.
Bergen has plenty to offer. The beach, forest, dunes, polder region and charming villages are the main attractions. In the direct vicinity you will find plenty of cycling and walking options to various lovely sights. Two polder mills from the 16th and 17th century are definitely worth a visit. This is also true of the sea aquarium in Bergen aan Zee. To the North of Bergen lies the Schoorlse Duinen, the highest and broadest dune area in the Netherlands. You can also visit Alkmaar, the city of a thousand cheeses.
