Small first-floor apartment located on the main pedestrian street of Camaiore.
An old gate gives access to a small, private and picturesque courtyard: it's not that easy to find such pretty and well-kept houses. Properties within the historic centre often feature elegant courts with apartments that can even date back to Middle Age - when the Roman Campus Major, then Castello di Camaiore, became independent. From the courtyard a small marble staircase leads to a square terrace decorated with plants and a pergola, equipped with an iron table with four chairs, where you can have breakfast, lunch, aperitifs and dinner. This area is partially shared with the upstairs apartment.
The interior brings to mind a Parisian atmosphere, warm and charming, with shades of gold, dark grey walls and light wood beam ceiling. This is such a pleasant surprise, and its is courtesy of the fine taste of Stefano Viviani, an architect from Novara. The small apartment is composed of a hallway with a window and a large tailor-made closet intended for clothes, shoes as well as food storage. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and induction stove.
But the very heart of this apartment is a 7x3 metre room facing Via di Mezzo with its beautiful French door.
From the glass door guests can access a lovely little marble balcony with a view on to the pedestrian area, clock tower and passageway.
The studio features heating system, air conditioning, wi-fi and stereo.
It's a journey through the Middle Ages and the Tuscan province, with imposing, almost Dannunzian pieces of furniture and the comforts of modern life.
