In the golf of Pierre levée this type 6 house has a private parking with an enclosed garden and terrace furniture. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a sofa and a flat screen TV, opening onto the terrace. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and a double sink. The first bedroom has a 140x190 bed, the second a 140x190 sofa bed, and the third a 140x190 bed. The back kitchen has a washing machine, a dryer, a fridge and an extra freezer. Upstairs is a bedroom with a bed 140x190, another with a bed 140x190, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, and a TV in the mezzanine. Linen not provided.
