Chiara ha una grande propensione all'ospitalita' e all'accoglienza, abbiamo quindi deciso di occuparci della gestione di alcuni appartamenti e dare l'opportunita' ad altri di soggiornare in questo incantevole luogo. Le nostre proprietà sono in prossimita' del lago ma immerse nel verde e fresco ai piedi della Valle Sabbia e posizionate in modo ideale per escursioni e gite in bicicletta, in un contesto tranquillo e residenziale. I Laghi di Garda, Idro, Ledro e la diga di Valvestino, le escursioni sulle vicine montagne, le visite alla Valle delle Cartiere, alle terme di Vallio, agli scavi di Lucone, alla Villa Romana di Toscolano Maderno sono tutte effettuabili in mezza giornata. Facilmente raggiungibili anche le autostrade e le stazioni ferroviarie.

In the outskirts of the fourteenth-century hamlet Gazzane di Roè Volciano only two km from the beautiful town of Salò, in a peaceful oasis, surrounded by greenery of the Alps and of the Alto Garda Park, we offer versatile solutions for an unforgettable holiday.
Here we propose an apartment on the first floor with living room with sofa bed, large kitchen area with table for 8 people, balconies. Two bedrooms, one double and one with three single beds and terrace, a bathroom with shower. Large garden with dining area and relaxation, barbeque. Garage for one car. The apartment is brand new, has never been inhabited and the new furniture (including mattresses and pillows) was completed in the first few weeks of duemilasedici.
All solutions are spacious, bright, pleasantly and newly furnished, fully equipped to offer our guests comfort, relaxation and tranquility.
Gazzane di Roè Volciano is situated on the morainic hills of Garda surrounded by Green Valley sand, but only 3 km from the Lake.
Thanks to its location you can easily reach the beautiful art cities like Verona, Venice, Mantua or Bergamo with its amazing upper town, numerous archaeological sites, renowned spas, botanical gardens and parks.
A short distance routes for hiking, nordic walking, mountain biking and horseback riding. For golfers the Garda Golf Country Club in Soiano del Lago offers a green at 27 holes to spend the day.
