No air-conditioning, apartment difficult to ventilate, underground parking with car elevator very narrow, very difficult to access so not used so outside parking, noisy apartment because city center and above a crossroads, lacks a kettle, no work surface for cooking and little storage for groceries, otherwise beautiful view because on the 6th floor but elevator broken down 3 days 132 steps ... beautiful galère!
