We offer you our second home for your vacations in Brittany, on the Emerald Coast, in the countryside, just 5 kilometers from Dinard and 3.5 kilometers from the first sandy beaches.
Comfortable and cosy, it offers spacious living areas with a magnificent view over a 4000m2 country garden, 3200m2 of which is occupied by Ouessant sheep.
As it's important to us to preserve this place we're particularly fond of, we'd like to limit occupancy to 5 people.
The house and garden are entirely independent and private, but adjoin the Doux Verger gîte, which is also available to rent for 4 people during the vacation season (possibility of renting the 2 units, ideal for families or friends to be close and independent).
Rental of the house includes:
- A 70m2 ground-floor living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob).
- A shower room on the first floor.
- 2 large bedrooms upstairs with en-suite shower and washbasin.
- 2 WCs (1 on first floor, 1 on first floor).
- Private parking space.
- An 800 m2 private garden with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
Small pets are welcome on prior request, but the house is non-smoking.
