This holiday home is the one you need if you want to spend an unforgettable stay by the sea in the Vendée. You will only be 600m from the beautiful sandy beach of Les Conches! This modern house offers you two pleasant bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen at the end of the living/dining room with a large French window opening onto the wooden terrace facing south and the enclosed garden. Upstairs, you will find the bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with electric shutters and electrically controlled central heating, ideal for off-season stays. The fine sandy beach is just across the dunes and you can even be tempted by surf lessons (two schools) or a small coffee by the sea. Among the essential activities: sailing and cycling, very accessible thanks to the many cycle paths. In season, there is a restaurant, snack bars and small shops for morning croissants and other necessities, only a few minutes walk away. The pretty seaside resort of La Tranche sur Mer is to be discovered, as is Les Sables d'Olonne (30km) with its unusual Quartier de l'île de Penotte and its shells or the Prieuré Saint Nicolas and its superb panorama. Immerse yourself in history with a visit to La Rochelle (60km) and its Old Port and its superb aquarium which will delight young and old alike! The splendid Ile de Ré is also worth a visit. This very pleasant holiday rental will be ideal for a couple or a small family looking for relaxation and discovery.
