Studio completely renovated in 2018 of 22 m2, with Wi-Fi, terrace of 8 m2, in a secure and quiet residence, benefits from a large swimming pool with two pools, a shared barbecue, a fully enclosed car and bicycle parking, many green areas....
Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple!
The location of the residence, its proximity to the sea, the many facilities at your disposal, will make you feel at home!
-We ask you to bring your household linen (towels, sheets and duvet covers 140x190); A laundry is nearby if necessary; Possibility to provide the household linen as an option (specify it at least 15 days in advance)
-The cleaning at the end of your stay is at your expense and will be checked by a third party after your departure. It is your responsibility to make the accommodation PERFECTLY CLEAN (garbage bag and products provided) and everything must be stored at the initial locations, otherwise we will SYSTEMATICALLY charge 60 euros on the CAUTION.
Some basic products are also available:
household products, toilet paper, soap and shampoo, garbage bags, sponges, salt and pepper, spices, sugar, olive oil and vinegar, coffee and filter, different varieties of tea and herbal tea, pasta, rice, mayo sauces, ketchup, BBQ...
-The floor has been redone, please do not walk in the studio with your shoes on.
-If you notice an anomaly when you arrive on site (cleanliness, malfunction, incomplete inventory...), please inform us on the day of your arrival (by phone and by sending one or more photos), otherwise the property will be considered as having been given clean and in perfect working order.
To optimize the comfort of your stay, you will have at your disposal:
BZ 140 cm new with thick, high-quality mattresses, Top fridge with new 4-star freezer compartment, free Wi-Fi, induction hob, fan, new multifunctional microwave oven, new Samsung LED 80 cm HDTV with USB and HDMI input connected to DTT, heated clothes line, coffee machine, kettle, electric citrus press, paper towel, dishwashing product, induction pots, plates, glasses, mugs, kitchen utensils, corkscrew, bottle opener...
You will also find on site:
Maintenance products, first aid kit, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, straightener, hangers, smoke detector...
Attention the BZ is new, and has a sheet; you must put sheets imperatively for reasons of hygiene. In case of a stain on the mattress, the entire deposit will be retained.
The accommodation is non-smoking but you can smoke on the terrace. In the event of a cigarette burn inside the dwelling, the full deposit will be due.
