Apartment 2* with very beautiful SEA VIEW located at the entrance of the residence, ALL ON FOOT.
Condominium facing the beach of La Gaillarde with direct underground access, restaurant and SHOP, 2 SWIMMING POOLS, 3 TENNIS, petanque and bicycle path, all at the entrance of the condominium; departure of hiking trails behind the residence.
T2+cabin air-conditioned, it is composed of 2 closed bedrooms, a shower room with separate toilets and a living room with very beautiful sea view and equipped terrace.
Suitable for couples and families, possibility 2 couples, but not PMR.
Swimming pools and paddling pool open from June to September, the residence has a night watchman in July and August. Swimming trunks are required for the pool, as well as long hair tied back.
You will have the possibility to see with a former director of a nursery its availability for BABY-SITTING (for restaurant outings for example) and possibility to come and pick you up at the train station of Fréjus-Saint Raphaël (options with additional fees)
