Lovely apartment situated in firt line , just 50 mts from the beach and only 250 mts from Salou city centre. Breathtaking frontal view of the beach and Salou. There you will enjoy the summer in a natural environment, surrounded by beautiful vegetation of trees and pines touching the see, the beach and only 250 m from the huge animation of Salou. You will find the centre with all the shops, restaurants, boutiques, just 5 minutes walking distance.
From this beautiful terrace you will enjoy the best views in Salou, just relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets looking this immense Mediterranean see.
The apartment has 3 different floors:
On the ground floor: you will find the kitchen with dishwasher,washing machine,frige, freezer and oven. There is a dinning-room with chairs and table to eat inside the apartment and just 3 steps before you will find the beautiful living room with spectacular views over the sea and all Salou.
The terrace has a sun bed and all the necessary furniture to enjoy the sunsets and sunrise every day looking at the sea.
1rst floor: You will find a double bed room with a double bed and lovely views over the sea. There is also a complete bad room.
2nd floor: there is another complete bad room with bd tub
The apartment is nicely decorated in a Ibiza style and typical Mediteranean decoration. The building has an spectacular views over the sea.

Apartment very well placed, with a splendid view on the sea and beach, but the 4 half levels (quadriplex?) would be to be noted in the announcement... Basic equipment: mismatched and insufficient crockery, no salad bowl, no bowls, no oven dish, no pots! The 2 frying pans must date from the Flood like the 2 stews (replacing the pots no doubt...), one of which no longer had handles!!!! In the bathrooms, no hot water in the sink, and the shower could only be taken iced or boiling! It would be a good idea to point out to homeowners that there are very practical accessories called "mixers" that allow them to obtain an ideal temperature, and also that it is time to review the plumbing... Apart from these stewardship problems, a pleasant stay thanks to the proximity of the beach as well as Portaventura and Barcelona, where we made a very interesting excursion (Cars Plana + very nice and exciting guide).

The accommodation could do with a good cleaning and repair as the bench was broken, 3 bulbs burnt out and so on, but for us the main thing was to enjoy the surroundings
