150m from the seafront, in a residence with communal swimming pool, attractive house with private garden comprising, on the first floor: direct entrance into living room with sitting area (sofa, flat-screen TV), dining area (sideboard, table and chairs), fitted kitchen area (fridge with freezer section, ceramic hob, microwave, mini-oven, 6-cup dishwasher), hallway, toilet.
First floor: landing, 2 bedrooms (1 x 140 cm + storage) (2 x 90cm bunk beds + 1 x 80 cm bed + wardrobe), bathroom (shower, washbasin).
Baby equipment available: cot and bathtub.
Garden shed with washing machine. Terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, sun lounger, barbecue, parasol). Private parking.
Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
End-of-stay cleaning optional (+75€), to be booked with the agency.
A cleaning deposit may be required.
