The house is situated in a residential neighborhood in the center of the city.

You are in Saint Malo Intra-Muros, view on the roofs of the old town and access by the street to all delicatessen shops ( butcher, bakery, cheese, seafood...), and quality restaurants. The right location to explore the old city, relax on the beach or commute to Dinard (boat ferry) or Cancale (bus along the coast line).All activities nearby: water sports, museums, shopping, all restaurants and fine food shops are down the building, and it is at 5 minutes of the beach Bon Secours.
We recommend you to visit the Grand Aquarium, which is located at the entrance of the city of St Malo. Many places such as the Pointe du Grouin, the Sculptured Rocks are worth a detour, not forgot to visit Cancale for tasted the oysters on the beach that the fishermen will be pleased to open for you and Dinan small medieval town, or Dinard and Mont St Michel.
You can also take a boatFrom St Malo to visit the bay, or spend a day on the island of Cézembre (a small island in frotn of St-Malo), cross the beach of Bon Secours, at low tide, to join the Grand Beisland where is buried Chateaubriand and the Petit Be as well .
