Ideally located between the sea, mountains, Perpignan and Spain, at the foot of the Pyrenees, with 300 days of sunshine per year, studio on the ground floor (35m2) of our house (year 2005), composed of a bedroom for 2 people (real bed in 140,), a bathroom with 1 shower, 1 toilet and 1 sink unit, a lounge, a kitchen to prepare your breakfasts, meals. The kitchen is equipped with: crockery, utensils, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave. Wifi available. Flat screen TV + dvd player
You can also enjoy the terrace (12m2). Our district is quiet ( in 1 dead end), reserved parking in front of the house.
At 5 minutes you will be in the city centre (post office, banks, shops, Museum of Modern Art, old town, arenas).
Céret is located 25 km from the Côte Vermeille, 15 km from the Spanish border and close to the hiking trails to the summits of Haut Vallespir.
The TGV station and Perpignan airport are 30 km away and are served by a bus line at €1 from the station, and shuttle +bus from the airport.
Girona airport is 70 km away (served by bus).
Céret and Collioure have attracted many painters such as Picasso, Matisse, Dali and many others.
Less than an hour away you can visit the Dali Museum in Figueras, and also the Spanish seaside resorts (Roses, l'Escala,...)
