Facing the sea, at 65 rue du Puits d'enfer. The estate is located in Château d'Olonne, at the place called "Le Puits d'Enfer", 3 kilometres from the beach of Tanchet. In the residence "l'Estran" with a private collective swimming pool, this apartment is on the 1st floor without lift, type 2.
