Holiday villa with private pool and garden, very close to the beach, located in the urbanization of Manresa, Alcudia, north of Mallorca.
The house is distributed on two floors, bright ground floor and large living room with open equipped kitchen, with central island, a double bedroom with bathroom en suite with shower and a guest toilet.
At the upstairs there is large hall, double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and master suite with terrace and en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower.
