CANNES CENTER: spacious and luminous 2 rooms sea view ideally located 80 m from the beaches, near the Palais des Festivals, at the foot of the Suquet the historical district of Cannes.
Recently refurbished apartment, it has air conditioning, individual heating, double glazing, internet with high-speed wifi, a flat screen TV 80 cm with international TV channels and a safe.
An entrance, a bedroom with a large dressing room, a large bright living room with 2 leather sofas, a loggia-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave / multifunction, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, Washing machine and all kitchen equipment), a bathroom with bathtub / shower (hairdryer) and an independent hanging toilet with washbasin.
It can accommodate 2 people very comfortably.
The rent includes the charges, linen for 2 people
To be paid locally at the handover:
- Deposit 300 € refunded on the day of departure after inventory of end of stay if no damage is found.
- Private parking: 8 € per day if you use it.
- Final cleaning fee: 50 €.
In principle, rent from Saturday to Saturday, but we accept stays of 3 nights minimum.
