Country house with three bedrooms in Ibizan style, located in a quiet place with beautiful views. Perfect to relax and enjoy a wonderful stay in a house with a special charm.
It is located on a small hill on a 15,000 m2 plot in the countryside with the convenience of having the town of San José just 400 m away. It was built in the 18th century and has been carefully restored, preserving architectural elements and characteristics, representative of the Ibizan culture.
It has spacious rooms and thick stone walls that provide the ideal indoor temperature in any season. The villa has a total of 280m² and 3,500m² of terraces and gardens.
