Location Vacances à Sète : Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), this pretty studio with approx. 16 m2 living space, in the Corniche district, has a glassed-in loggia with an unobstructed, tree-lined view (5m2), with the sea in the background. The first beaches are 160 m away and shops are 200 m away. In the living room, you'll find a sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, storage unit, cupboard; its kitchenette (electric hob, fridge, microwave oven). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. It is ventilated by a small window. There is a gated parking space at no. 56. Pets allowed (€30). Late check-in possible: €50 (details on request).
