Vacation rental in Sète : Comfortable 30 m2 two-room apartment with a 6 m2 terrace, offering a sublime sea view. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator.) The beaches are opposite the residence, 50 m away. Shops are 500 m away. Particularly well-equipped and nicely renovated, this apartment features a 2-seater corner sofa bed in the living room, a TV and a kitchenette (with 2 induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher). The bedroom has a 2-person bed and a chest of drawers. Storage and closet in the hallway. The residence is very pleasant and planted with trees. A parking space is provided for this apartment at N°60, closed by an electric gate. Internet access. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible : 50€ (details on request).
