This modern and cozy two-room apartment is located on a large and quiet private property in the small country town of Mechelsdorf, between the lively Baltic Sea resorts of Rerik (2 km) and Kühlungsborn (8 km) of the extension of the house with its own staircase. The house also has a beautiful garden with a lawn, comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue area. Here you can lie in the sun, relax or end a good day with a barbecue or a good glass of wine.
