Beautiful, completely renovated apartment located in the Santa Margarita area, 500 meters from the beach and the shopping and restaurant area.It has a private parking space. Elevator.The apartment has capacity for 6 people and consists of 2 double bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine), dining room with double sofa bed, fully equipped open kitchen and large terrace.
Sheets and towels are not included in the price. They are optional services and can be reserved in the office. If you do not reserve before 12 noon on the day of arrival, the service cannot be offered.Upon arrival you will have to pay the mandatory tourist tax. One of the main tourist attractions of Roses is to sunbathe and take a dip in the excellent beaches of Roses, such as l'Almadrava, Canyelles Petites, the Montjoi cove and other coves in the surroundings, such as Cala Pelosa or Cala Joncols.
Being between two natural parks and the Mediterranean, Roses offers the ideal setting to enjoy nature through the practice of all kinds of water sports, which will allow you to discover a coast of contrasts, with cliffs, collected coves of transparent waters and sandy beaches fine shallow waters, ideal for families' recreation.
