This fully-modernised townhouse has a terrace with wonderful views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, an area declared a World Heritage Site. From the fully-furnished terrace, you can also enjoy fantastic views of Bunyola, one of the loveliest and most historic towns in Mallorca. It is perfect for spending time outdoors and enjoying the superb weather that Mallorca offers.

The house has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, and a spacious kitchen and living-dining room. The house is equipped with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.

Bunyola is a small, quiet village located between the Serra de Tramuntana and Palma. It is very close to the wonderful villages of Valldemossa, Esporles, Deià, Estellencs and Banyalbufar, all of them worth a visit. Bunyola is a 15-minute drive from the city of Palma, where you can enjoy all possible amenities. In the municipality of Bunyola you will find Raixa, a country house of Arab origin which is a must for history, nature and architecture lovers. Both the house and its gardens are so impressive that they have been the setting of three films. Undoubtedly, it is a good starting place from which to wander through all the sites that the Serra de Tramuntana offers. You can swim in any of the numerous unspoilt sandy and rocky coves nearby. The nearest and largest sandy beach is the Platja de Palma.

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the living room and in the master bedroom. In the other rooms you will find radiators and fans at your disposal.
