The property is located in a residential and quiet area, ideal for a family holiday. It is very well connected to the surrounding coastal areas such as Can Picafort and Port d'Alcúdia. There you can find numerous shops and a wide range of leisure activities. A few meters from the villa you will also find supermarkets and restaurants. The property is very close to the Albufera National Park, ideal for walking or cycling and enjoying the Mediterranean fauna and flora. In addition, very close to the house there is a bus stop line that goes from Port d'Alcúdia to Can Picafort.
