Set in the beautiful town of L'Escala, this is a spacious, bright villa with a private swimming pool and outdoor shower. It has 4 bedrooms and is ideal for a family or group of 8 persons.
L'Escala is a typical fishing village with lovely, narrow streets to wander. In just 0.5 km, you will arrive at the nearest restaurants and in 1.5 km at the nearest supermarkets. The holiday home is close to the beaches of Montgó and Riells l'Escala, which are 1.9 km and 2 km away, respectively. On the beaches, you will enjoy playing with the fine sand and clear waters.
The villa is spread on two floors. On the terrace in the evenings, you can sit out and enjoy a delicious barbecue meal with some good wine. The garden is great to walk in the morning, lie down with a book, or play with the children.
You have the nearest train station in Camallera is at 18 km. Flights take off from Girona Costa Brava airport and Barcelona-El Prat airport, which are 55 and 160 km, respectively.

Extremely disappointed by this rental - considering the price we paid, this is really really border line to take legal action. First, the welcoming at the local agency was sub-optimal as we wasted a lot of time then we entered the property that had not been cleaned up or only very superficially. Also, the ad had forgotten to mention that the potential nice view was hidden by a massive house just in front of our terrace. Last the equipment is very minimum and cheap considering the rental price... and includes a run down white leather sofa from the 80s that is full of fleas. On the positive side, the environment around the property is really nice and calm and the pool is great and well maintained.
