A large Manor, on the border of Charente and Dordogne, with superb views and absolute privacy. Le Maine Menot is an ideal destination for large groups who want to enjoy a worry-free, comfortable holiday. The house is completely detached on 6000m2 of land and has a large private pool. The land has a playground for example volleyball or petanque. There is a ping pong, a pool table, a sauna and several terraces. Its possible to rent a SPA which will be placed during your stay; ask the owner..
The villa is spacious, modern and equipped with elegant details. You can go with families / groups of 20 people. You are indeed under one roof, but in terms of beds and sanitary facilities you can divide persons over 4 parts so good for different families. In the surroundings, you will find in the villages like Aubeterre, Villebois Lavalette and Riberac many markets, flea markets, terraces and restaurants.
Prices are based on 20 people and it also includes the rental of "the master bedroom". This deluxe room has a large bed and an own bathroom. Are you with 18 or less people? In fact you do not need the master bedroom. The house is big enough up to 18 people and you could reduce 500 euro per week or, per night, 85 euro. Of course it is up to you to decide if you prefer to have the luxury of this room during your stay; often it is also rented for, for example, grandparents or for a special occasion.
Not included are: Wifi, cleaning, linen, making beds, tourist tax and heating the pool, sauna and wood for the fireplace.
For weekends: Inquire for special prices (everything is included).
NB: For holiday weekends or during school holidays there is a supplement of 10%.
