In the idyllic alpine region of Tegernsee Schliersee, in Fischbachau, you will find your dream vacation home. It is completely built of wood, therefore very cozy and fits perfectly into the mountain landscape.
The open entrance area leads into the light-flooded living room with fireplace. The large window front offers a beautiful view of the garden and the mountain peaks. The spacious kitchen leaves nothing to be desired ? there is even a traditional stove.
The owners have created a unique symbiosis between modern, rustic and traditional to offer you an exceptional living experience. Here you can enjoy your vacation both in summer and winter with the whole family.
On the first floor there is one bedroom, the second bedroom is located upstairs. Both bathrooms are equipped with a comfortable double bed each. The bathroom has a walk-through shower, bathtub as well as a balcony.
The house borders on a large open meadow at the edge of the forest, where your children can run around while you prepare your barbecue specialties on the cozy terrace.
Whether winter sports fans, hikers or nature lovers ? everyone will get their money's worth here. In the immediate vicinity there are two ski resorts, cross-country ski trails just below the housing estate, the Tegernsee and Schliersee lakes, as well as numerous hiking and mountain biking routes. Enjoy the breathtaking nature of the alpine region and be inspired by the power of mountain herbs.
The proximity to Austria, Rosenheim, Munich and numerous alpine destinations make Fischbachau the perfect starting point for excursions.
