New apartment, for 2 to 5 people on the ground floor of the owner's villa, independent entrance, surrounded by a park of 7000m2 planted with trees and fully fenced. You will enjoy the calm of the countryside while being very close to Toulouse and Blagnac
Close to all the tourist sites of Midi Pyrénées: the historic centre of Toulouse (15 minutes away), the Airbus construction factory (5kms), the Cité de l'Espace, Aéroscopia, the Cité de Carcassonne, the cathedral of Albi, Cordes sur Ciel, the Château de Lectoure and many other sites that you will want to visit by reading the documentation provided by your hosts... Located 7 minutes from Toulouse airport / Blagnac, 3 km from the Cedars clinic, 5 minutes from the Seilh golf course.

At Julia's you will find all the comforts of a modern apartment: air conditioning and internet access. It consists of a large living room of 25m2, equipped with all comforts, lounge area with sofa BZ. 2 bedrooms of 16m2 each, one of which has a full wall equipped with cupboards and an office area. These rooms have modular beds: 1 bed 160x200 or 2 beds 80x200 - a bathroom with shower and WC in the bathroom but also a 2nd independent WC.
Through the large bay window of the living room you will have a view of the 14m x 6m swimming pool secured by a standard rigid curtain. A garden lounge sheltered by 2 large blinds will allow you to have your meals outside, barbecue equipment.
From the garden furniture you can supervise your children on the playground equipped with slides, swings, trampoline, basketball board....tractor, bicycles, stroller everything for the happiness of children. Many board games at your disposal, petanque balls and 2 adult bicycles for your walks in the countryside.
The apartment is equipped with 3 TV (one in each room and one in the living room) DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, kettle, toaster, hob, coffee makers including a nespresso, pressure cooker, mixer, mixer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner....
Your host's vegetable garden will allow you (in season) to taste freshly picked vegetables
Baby bed and all the necessary equipment for children lent free of charge (bathtub, high chair, deckchair, changing pad, strollers...)
Bathroom with hair dryer, cleaning products provided.
Sheets and towels are provided free of charge.
