Mali Lukoran is known for its clean family-friendly beaches with a wide range of water sports on offer, including diving, sailing, water skiing and jet skiing. You can explore the island on the many biking and trekking marked trails between old olive trees.
The charming rustic house in Mali Lukoran, Island of Ugljan, has three bedrooms, fully functional kitchen, bathroom, two separate toilets, and a big living room.
The house is old for more than 100 years and all is completely renovated but retains the antique atmosphere of the old Dalmatian house.
Newly renovated romantic detached stone cottage with a leafy terrace in first line to the sea and marina
This comfortably furnished traditional stone cottage enjoys a peaceful and romantic location in the small fishing village of Lukoran on the north east coast of the island of Ugljan, the first in the Zadar Archipelago in the Croatian part of the Adriatic sea, an ideal location for spending a relaxing holiday with friends or family far away from the tourist crowds and experiencing the island culinary delights and hospitality.
Built in 1850, the traditional cottage has only recently been completely renovated in 2012 when it was comfortably furnished and equipped with all the modern comforts while retaining the homely atmosphere of the old Dalmatian country house. The cottage is spread over two floors and offers a living-/dining area, a separate fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom and two separate guest toilets. The ground floor hosts the air conditioned (hot/cold) living area which is furnished with three comfortable sofas, a coffee table, modern flat screen television with USB port, DVD and CD player and plenty of DVDs and CDs, a radio, a large wooden dining table with six matching chairs and a safe where you can keep your belongings. The cheerful bright blue kitchen offers a dishwasher, four hob gas cooker and oven, fridge complete with freezer compartment, mixer, electric kettle, stainless steel bread bin, plenty of cutlery and tableware and an additional small dining table with chairs. Also on the ground floor you will find the bathroom which is equipped with a shower, wash basin and toilet and one of the separate guest toilets. A staircase leads up to the upper floor featuring the three bedrooms and the second guest toilet. The master bedroom is equipped with a solid wood 160 cm x 200 cm double bed and armchair, the second bedroom has two 90 cm x 200 cm single beds and the third bedroom has a 150 cm x 200 cm double bed. All bedrooms offer large wardrobes providing plenty of space for your clothes and luggage. Reliable WiFi internet access is offered free of charge.
The living area gives access to the generous 380 m² garden area with a leafy terrace furnished with a table, chairs and a barbecue. Enjoy your meals sitting under shade providing trees and leave all your worries behind in this quiet haven amongst lavender and flowers. Two parking spaces are available right in front of the cottage.
Your holiday cottage is located only approximately 150 metres away from the sea and 200 m from Lukoran’s modern marina where you will find a restaurant offering seafood fresh off the hook and a stylish lounge bar. The nearest shop is approx. 100m away. Lukoran is known for its clean family friendly beaches with a wide range of water sports on offer, including diving, sailing, water skiing and jet skiing. You can explore the island on the many biking trails which you will find in the immediate vicinity of your cottage, there are bike rentals near the marina. Or you can enjoy a boat trip to the neighbouring islands.
On the island you can ask for rent-a-bike, hiking equipment and various other props for the adrenaline experience.
It is very possible to arrange only for your private boat for excursions to Kornati or other islands around the Zadar archipelago.
Day trips to Kornati Islands, Plitvice, Starigrad, Paklenica, river Zrmanja and river Krka are possible thanks to the excellent ferry line to the Zadar.
