In an enviable position, near the renowned S. M. di Leuca, we find a characteristic stone villa within the Scogliera del Gabbiano complex with swimming pool and whirlpool. A unique solution for those who want to rest, enjoying the charm of nature.
It consists of villas and single-family houses, all with independent entrances, private terraces or gardens and a splendid view of the sea. Furthermore, the complex is equipped with internal parking and a splendid swimming pool area overlooking the sea where you can enjoy a suggestive panorama. There are two swimming pools, one with sea water and a second smaller pool with shallow water ideal for children with hydromassage jet. Wi-fi is available in the reception area and pool area.
The villa in question enjoys a splendid sea view and absolute privacy. It has externally car parking under the house, a large fenced patio with a gazebo and outdoor furniture. Inside, there is a large living room overlooking the sea with a small private sitting area, a small fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floors.
