We had a very pleasant stay in Perros Guirec. The accommodation was well located, clean, well decorated, bright and functional. The covered terrace and the garden are real plus points! Only downside: the reservation of the cleaning. I had asked for it by phone, at the agency, 10 days before; I was told that it was noted and "ok" but when we arrived, we were informed that there were not enough cleaning ladies and that we had to do it ourselves. I think this happens a lot and it's not pleasant, we might as well be told straight away that the cleaning has to be booked months in advance.
