Sports harbour 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Junto al Parque de la Paloma, Puerto Marina 1.5 km, Sea Life, Selwoo Marina. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups are not permitted. Not recommendable for the people with reduced mobility.
