Unbeatable location at the entrance to Tosalet, Javea's most prestigious subdivision, near the sandy beach of El Arenal. One-storey house ideal for children, on foot from the beach of Cala Blanca (820 meters).
Less than five minutes walk away, you have two supermarkets, several restaurants, a pharmacy... The Saladar supermarket is located just in front of the villa. The luxury hotel El Rodat is also in front. El Arenal is a 20-25 minute walk away.
Large swimming pool 4x11 meters with 5 deckchairs, parasols and charcoal barbecue. Lots of private parking space and in the dining room (jsk 18 people seated), as the villa was a restaurant. The car is recommended to visit the many coves and magnificent landscapes. On the other hand, you don't need to drive if you don't want to, because the sea, supermarket and restaurants are only a few steps away.
Perfect for four couples with up to 5 children or three couples with 7 children. 10 adults maximum. Fully equipped and fully furnished kitchen.
The villa has 4 double beds 180x200 cm with three high density visco mattresses and 4 sofa beds for 2 people. An extra bed for a child.

Beautiful view of Cap San Antonio and its lighthouse, very special for barbecuing by the pool.
It has air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room. Free WiFi and Astra satellite TV.
10% VAT included in the price. Price includes everything except excessive consumption to avoid wasting water and electricity.
Deposit of 600€ to be paid at the entrance by credit card.
Excess consumption (considered wasted) on 60 KW/day and 600 litres/day will be deducted from the deposit at the rate of 0.2 euro per kWh and 3€ per M3.
Minimum age of tenant: 24 years old.
In the rental contract (please read it before booking), there are penalty clauses for infractions such as smoking inside, bringing pets, throwing garbage, plugging pipes, occupying more people...
