The residence is a bit old-fashioned and a facade renovation would be necessary but the apartment is rather nice, well located with a view on the port of Minimes and on the beautiful swimming pool of the residence. Dishwasher, washing machine, iron even if the ironing board leaves something to be desired. Numerous parking spaces in the area. The small drawbacks of the apartment, it is first of all the sofa bed which is uncomfortable as much in sofa as in bed. It's a spring bed that squeaks and hurts the back because the mattress is very thin. Secondly, there is a lack of accessories: large glasses, trays and placemats and good pots and pans. And third point, the mattresses should be changed because they are really dirty despite the undersheets and the dining table is too small and moves a lot. It might fall down one of these days. And the sweeper and the Spanish sweeper should be changed because they leave too much dust. Otherwise very good stay.

Apartment very clean and recently refurbished. Very well equipped: induction hobs, modern kitchen, washing machine and dishes. Very close to the beach and shops and the city centre by sea bus (20mn) The only downside is the glass in the loggia, which is opaque.
