The family residence La Baie des Anges is located on the Marina du Cap. It consists of a 2-room apartment for 4 people and a 2-room 6-person cabin with swimming pool, lift and private parking, only 200 m from the Richelieu beach, opposite Aqualand and the Ile des Loisirs.

The apartment is a little small for 6 people but respects the sleeping arrangements, the terrace is very spacious and the residence very very well placed (close to all), we did not have the chance to have two sets of keys which is a pity because we were 6...

the apartment is very well located, not far from the city centre. it has, inside the residence, a parking space which is a plus. as for the apartment itself, we have some reservations. it is a little small for 4 people, it is better for only 2 people. the roller shutter of the room does not work and for reasons: the end piece that receives the crank is broken, so the shutter has been blocked by a screw to prevent it from going down. this surely avoids an expensive repair. the shower curtain is more than dirty (I would have used another word but I remain polite). the coffee maker has its lid of its container broken. the kettle is more than used, it has done its time fortunately we always travel with a kettle because we are very fond of infusions. the cleaning has just been done, we found many sheep under the bed. The sofa bed has also done its time, the cushions are grated. the toilet bowl and the kitchen sink are not examples of cleanliness. in the kitchen, the oven is so high that it cannot be used. of all the apartments we've been to, this one won't leave a lasting impression. however, despite these small inconveniences, we remain loyal to your company.

We found the apartment and its surroundings pleasant. The mattress in the bedroom was comfortable. A few things to improve however on the cleanliness: by lifting the sofa cover in the living room, we discovered a halo on the small mattress used as a seat for the sofa and the cover of this sofa smelled bad... so we avoided using this sofa.... In terms of home equipment, we found that it was reduced to a strict minimum (e.g. no standard size coffee cups). In addition, one absolutely essential and basic thing was missing: a microwave oven... It was impossible to cook with the small electric oven, especially since it was high up and it was therefore necessary to get on a chair to remove the hot dishes from the oven, which could be quite dangerous... The vacuum cleaner was malfunctioning, maybe because the bag was full... and we didn't find any new vacuum bags in the apartment. Despite these disadvantages, our stay was pleasant and we were satisfied with the welcome we received from Locasun staff.
