A lush and flower-filled garden hosts a 175 sqm house with a beautiful pool (8X4 m/depth 1.30 m to 2 m) facing the Mediterranean and several shaded terraces.
Level -1: Spacious living room opening onto a covered terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a dining area opening onto a covered terrace.
1 air-conditioned double bedroom with a Kingsize bed (180*200) with its private bathroom (large bathtub + shower and toilet).
Level 1: 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 twin beds (2x90*200) opening onto a solarium, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90*200) + 2 bunk beds (90*200) opening onto a solarium. A shower room with toilet.
For your comfort: Air conditioning in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi/Fiber, television.
To be paid on-site: Security deposit €2000 (by credit card, not charged), tourist tax (according to the current rate), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €180.

A very nice house, with large spaces. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning, which is a real shame (the ceiling fans are being changed)
