Close to the forest and an unprotected river running through the property, 15 meters from this gîte adjoining an apartment. Common courtyard in front of the house with private parking. Unenclosed private garden behind the house, not overlooked, reserved for the gîte (separated from the other dwelling by a hedge), terrace, barbecue.
Fishing 300m away (permit required). The size of the property means that many varieties of wild animals and birds are constantly on the move, adding to the pleasure of your stay (deer, partridges, herons, rabbits, hares, wild ducks [hidden]). The location is ideal for them, as on one side there are crops, meadows and the river, where they can swim and drink.
It's a truly exceptional location, 200 m from the main road, in absolute peace and quiet...
Not suitable for small children because of the proximity of the river.

We restored this former farmhouse dating from 1800 in 1993, and for the past 30 years we've been welcoming guests from all over the world, with enriching exchanges every time. Our career in tourism will inevitably come to an end one day, but it will leave us with pleasant memories of shared moments full of pleasant surprises. We feel that the region is very much appreciated, and this reinforces our conviction to develop our activities despite the ever-increasing obstacles posed by elected representatives who are not very favorable to tourism in their communities...
