Villa with exclusive pool in the countryside on the hills of Tuglie, in the heart of the hilly landscape of the Salentine Serres. Close to the Ionian coast of the Heel of the Italian Boot, a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Lido Conchiglie and other beautiful localities south and north of Gallipoli. The property is about 800 meters from Tuglie and, offers maximum relaxation. For nature lovers who will not feel isolated. This villa is surrounded by more than 15,000 square metres of land and offers a large pool, near which you will find a beautiful covered terrace, a relaxation area with parasol and deck chairs. A precious asset is the presence of a stable with beautiful horses to admire and caress. In the large garden, there are also many trees (palm trees, pines, olive trees...) and beautiful plants typical of the region. On entering the gate, along the driveway lined with trees and characteristic rustic stones, you will see the main entrance, the parking area and the small paths leading to various areas of the property such as the veranda, the pool, the outbuilding and the stable. The pool is located at the back of the house, which is accessed either from the terrace or from one of the previously described pathways. The pool is equipped with a ladder and a slide. Nearby, you will find a parasol, deck chairs, tables... A few metres from the pool, you will notice a distinctive rock that is an outdoor shower. The house has a main entrance leading to a large living room with sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV. In the next room is the living room and a kitchenette. From the living room and the dining room, you can access a veranda with a large solid wood table and a living room with sofas, a coffee table, a large stone fireplace and TV. This space is surrounded by large windows overlooking the garden, which provides a pleasant feeling of closeness to nature. At the back is a wooden table perfect for outdoor meals, with a stone fireplace to use as a barbecue. On the first floor of the house you will find 3 comfortable double bedrooms. Next to the bedrooms is a large bathroom with two sinks, toilet and bathtub. This space leads to a staircase and then to the tavern where you will find a large wooden table and a stone fireplace, as well as a shower room. On request, additional sleeping arrangements can be provided on this lower floor. From this floor, as well as from the outside, you have access to the garage and the laundry room. Outside, a staircase leads to the roof top that offers a beautiful view of the pool and the surrounding countryside, magnificent at sunset. The outbuilding, located near the stables, is used by the discreet janitors in charge of the maintenance of the outdoor areas and the pool.
