Charming holiday home with swimming pool for adults, children's pool and shared tennis court, located in the beautiful Torre Dell’Orso, one of the most popular destinations in Salento with a fine sandy beach (no pebbles). The holiday home is situated in the residence Junior 2, this 3 bedroom, in villa style, spread of 2 levels (night and day) has a comfortable garden equipped for outdoor dining (table, chairs, stone barbecue, outdoor shower). The ground floor is structured as follows: big open-space living room, kitchenette with everything you need (pans, dishes, fridge, oven etc…), table with chairs, double sofa bed, television and various furniture; bathroom with only a toilet. The first floor (night floor) is structured as follows: 2 well-furnished bedrooms, both with balcony, one master bedroom and one with a bunk bed; bathroom with shower box, toilet and washing machine. The house has air condition and is only a few meters away from the commune guest area, with a swimming pool for adults, a children’s pool and a tennis court (all at your disposal). The beach is about 700m away from the house (you can get there easily by foot); it is also very close to the main piazza and all shopping and walking routes. An excellent holiday home for holidays in Salento.
