For shared use: park 4'000 m2 with lawn and trees. In the complex: sauna (extra). Washing machine (for shared use). Parking at the house. Supermarket 7 km, sandy beach "Cuxhaven" 32 km, grass beach "Otterndorf" 17 km, indoor swimming pool 17 km, lake Ostesee 3 km. Marina 4 km.
