In Normandy, located between Avranches and Granville, Jullouville, sheltered by the Bay of Mont Saint Michel, is a family seaside resort bordered by the Channel Sea.
This holiday resort par excellence, facing the Chausey Islands, is particularly renowned for its long beach of fine sand and mild climate.
Jullouville lives at the rhythm of the tides, during which you can practice multiple activities such as swimming, water sports, at high tide; and fishing on foot, beach games... at low tide.
You can stroll along the sea, with your feet in the water, or take the "françois Guimbaud" walk along the seafront for a distance of 1.7 km.
In a few minutes, you will pass from a seaside activity to a "nature" getaway by bike or on foot, or even on horseback in the countryside of Bouillon and Saint Michel des Loups, on the GR 223. From the Bouillon fields, from the tip of Névourie, a wide panorama of the Bay of Mont Saint Michel can be seen; in good weather you can see Cancale and the tip of Le Grouin (Breton side), the Chausey Islands, Granville and the tip of Le Roc (Norman side).
On Fridays and Tuesdays mornings in season, the summer market will enchant you with its scents, flavours and colours.
