Situated in a rural setting just 5 minutes from the center of town, Maison Setem, an old farmhouse built of Adour pebbles, invites you to relax and unwind in its enclosed flower-filled grounds. Adjoining the owner's house, offering kitchen opening onto living room, 2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds, 1 x 90cm bed) + mezzanine (1 x 90cm bed), shower room, separate toilet. Washing machine, dishwasher, multifunction oven, TV, wifi. Electric heating. Garden furniture, barbecue. 60 m2 of enclosed private grounds on a 9000m² plot shared with the owner. Baby equipment: bed + chair + mattress + bathtub. Road access 800m away.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
