Come and relax in this gîte 800 meters from Lake Soustons and its many activities (sailing, paddle, kitesurfing, cycling, the cycle path runs alongside the lake...). Here, you're just a few minutes from the beaches of the Landes region. The gîte has been fully restored with the aim of providing you with a simple, pleasant vacation. A comfortable address for a stay with family or friends on the Landes coast. Adjoining the owners' garden shed, it offers a living room, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), shower room, wc. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, tumble dryer, TV, wifi. Enjoy the pleasant terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis, swing and a fenced-in area with slide and children's play area. The gîte is equipped with electric heating. Household linen is provided (dish towels, napkins, tablecloths). Baby cot, high chair, bathtub and bath seat available. Owners on site. Shops and services nearby. Free summer shuttle service to the beach.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
Price does not include: Heating charge when heating is in use (€10 per day).
