Located in Marciac, in the heart of the department of Gers in south-west France, the residence is set on the shores of a 24-hectare lake and surrounded by greenery.
Known all over the world for its jazz festival, Marciac is a medieval bastide town in south-western France where you'll find a mix of culture, tradition, and gastronomy.
Designed by architect Pierre Diener, who has combined regional tradition with "New Orleans" detailing: multi-tiered tiled roofs, wooden facades, overhangs and pelmets made of fretted metal and wood. Accommodation comprises single-floor apartments and houses arranged in clusters, with a terrace or balcony looking directly out onto the lake.
